Entered from the square in Saleres, but set back by it´s own entrance patio, this house has road access to the door and is discreetly tucked away, in the traditional Moorish style, behind a door in the wall. At the moment the house is almost finished and it is a good time to buy and just add your own touches such as tiles, kitchen fittings and paint scheme. Attached is an architect´s impression of what the finished house will look like. Crossing the half-covered patio the house is entered into a large open-plan ground floor of kitchen/diner and salon. On the first floor there will be a patio, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a further WC. Stairs will lead from the patio to the roof terrace, from which there will be views across the village to the hills beyond. Once again, the architect´s sketches speak more than my scribblings.
