Perched above the Valle de Lecrin, this finca presently has a main building on it which would allow the buyer to build a house of 100m2, and other outbuildings which could be put to such uses such as studios, gazebos, etc. It would also be a fine site for a small restaurant or bar, which would be well served by the new road which has been built to connect the top of the valley with Cozvijar and the motorway, some 10 km distant.
