Even with my experience of strange houses in the valley, I had to draw a map of this one to get it right!
It is part of a large and impressive house in Pinos del Valle. The main part of the house is a third of this
building, being three good-sized rooms one above the other. There is access from the road and stairs lead from
the ground to the first floor.
The second floor is at the moment accessed from the house of the vendorīs sister next door. Part of this house
is also included in the sale and with judicial use of a sledge hammer, will give access to the third room above,
as well to a number of other rooms.
A really quirky house, with three impressive and large rooms in the main part of the house, and views across a
huerto to the front and to the mountains if you put a window to the rear.
Once again, the choices for a renovation are endless, and I would love to see the plans of the buyer after it is bought.
