Melegis
To the east side of the village of Melegis, with all facilities within three
minutes walk, these plots of land have just come onto the market. Varying in size
from 275m2 - 500m2, they will allow the building of total constructed accommodaton
of half the plot size. e.g. If the plot is 500m2 you may build a house of
two storeys, approximately 125m2 on each storey, to give a total of 250m2,
or thereabouts. There are eight plots for sale; the infrastructure is in place,
roads, drains, water and sewage, and building can begin as soon as you have
designed the house and had it passed by the local council. The land is classified
as building land and when finished this will be an exclusive and quiet little
close backing onto the countryside.
