In the heart of the village of Melegis, on a corner position with entrances from two
streets, Casa Mama is a very large family house, or in fact two houses. One of the houses
is fit to live in now but would benefit from renovation, while the other would need restoring
to bring it up to scratch.
The front door of the house tells of what is to come. It is of indeterminate age, but of a
quality you donīt find today. It leads into a hall which in turn leads to a bedroom and two
sitting rooms. From one of these sitting rooms you go into a kitchen with a bathroom cubicle

first floor. Here there is a sitting room and
off that, three or four bedrooms, and again, stairs leading to a large covered terrace, from which
there is a door to a small terrace with views across the roof to the mountains.
The covered terrace should be opened up to make a large sun terrace from which there would
be stunning views. A truly worthwhile investment, Casa Mama should be seen as quick as
you can say Ryanair.
