Casa Estefanita

Melegis

In one of those timeless Spanish courtyards, Casa Estefanita is a deceptive house. It appears small from the front, but it goes up three levels, with three rooms on each level. The total ground floor is almost thirty square metres, so it is plenty big enough for a couple, or even a couple with children. The ground floor has a saloon with fireplace, a small room adjacent, and a stable which could be converted into a large room. There is a small south-facing patio of about 3 x 1.5 metres, which could be used to flood the house with light. On the first floor there are a further three rooms and a small patio and the top floor has another three rooms, all duplicating those on the floors below. It is set back off a street in a courtyard filled with flowers, with parking within 15 metres and road access to the courtyard entrance. For those wanting a very typical village house, this is it.
