A cortijo of approximately 60m2 a couple of kilometres from Lanjarron, with 300m2 of land with olive trees, electricity and water. Cortijo Vitos is a large area of olive trees just outside Lanjarron, a spa town in the Alpujarras. The cortijo stands in approximately 3000m2 of flat land, with olive and various fruit trees. There is ample water on site from a dedicated well and a large storage tank, and mains electricity. The cortijo at present comprises two rooms, one with chimney, could be lived in now if wished, but would be better knocked down and rebuilt.
