Casa de la Viņa is a totally renovated three-bedroomed village house, reeking with character and with some of the best views in the valley. It is in the barrio of La Loma, which sits higher than the rest of the village and is quieter and with stunning views. Nevertheless, the nearest bar and supermarket are only five or six minutes walk. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A spiral staircase then leads to the open-plan kitchen/dining/salon area. The kitchen is fully equipped and light and airy. The salon is even lighter with great views from the window. It has stylish Moorish-style seating, some original tyling on the floor and a fireplace with a wood-burning stove for those cold winter nights. There are large French windows which open onto the first of two terraces, and one can lay in bed here and watch the sunīs light playing on the mountains opposite. On the top of the house is a mirador, or viewing terrace, where one can sit and take a copa or two, and drink in the view at the same time.
